Five Global Investors Onboard

A powerful validation of the Park’s strategic value – five major investors already onboard, spanning critical future industries:

  • Konza Technopolis Development Authority (KOTDA) & ECO Cloud – Advancing Africa’s digital backbone with a hyperscale data centre
  • Kaishan Group Co. Ltd (China) – Developing a geothermal-powered green fertilizer complex
  • Aquilastar Corporate Investment Company – Establishing an electric vehicle manufacturing hub
  • Synergetic Development Group Ltd – Building an integrated steel fabrication facility
  • Maxim Agri & Samakgro – Fish feed production

From digital infrastructure to heavy industry, this is a fully diversified green industrial ecosystem in motion.

Fully Approved, Investment-Ready Zone

The groundwork is complete. Investors enter a de-risked, fast-track environment:

  • Officially designated a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) by the Special Economic Zones Authority (SEZA)
  • Granted both Developer and Operator Licenses
  • Gazetted by KRA as a customs-controlled area, allowing investors to access tax and customs incentives under Special Economic Zones Framework

This means incentives unlocked, processes streamlined, and projects accelerated.

Construction has begun

The Park has moved beyond planning – development is underway:

  • Groundbreaking completed and construction ongoing for Kaishan’s Green Fertilizer Plant and dedicated Power Plant

Real capital is deployed. Real infrastructure is rising.
